Grupo+Tres · In production
Grupo+Tres needed to turn a school-supplies benefit into a straightforward online purchase—and connect it to the warehouse, couriers, and invoicing.
I architected and built the program layer on Odoo: the beneficiary portal, payment, courier, and fiscal invoicing integrations, fulfillment workflows, partner dashboard, and an external waiting room to manage launch traffic. It builds on the ERP partner’s existing localization and fiscal foundation.

Since early 2025, I have delivered Vena projects through Deodata’s consulting practice. The following four examples describe that work; client identities are withheld.
Vena · Engines deployed across three organizations
Finance needs benefits, taxes, bonuses, and allocations to flow into the accounts it reports on, employee by employee and month by month.
I developed and adapted workforce-planning engines in Vena across nonprofit, medical-device, and business-services organizations. An independent simulation establishes expected results before the system runs, followed by checks against its output.
Documented checks reconciled personnel costs to planning-model ledger totals, including a four-year horizon at one organization.

A diagnostics group needed reliable reporting across entities using different ERPs and currencies.
I improved financial reporting across two ERP systems and currencies, adapting standard capabilities to local requirements and validating results against the finance team’s source statements.
Reporting was validated against source statements across 12 months. The delivered improvements support the ongoing consolidation work.
For a professional-services firm, an ERP integration refreshed the model while files were still arriving. I changed the workflow to wait for the complete set: seven refreshes became one per data drop. The repair is delivered; related employee-level planning is in client testing.
For a school network, I designed a planning model combining five years of history with financial and enrollment reporting. Nine year-and-scenario benchmarks reconciled to source figures to the cent. The broader engagement is ongoing.

Big-company FP&A capabilities within reach of smaller teams. Drawing on my corporate experience, I am developing tools that extend existing FP&A platforms to enable richer planning, analysis, and reporting. Current components include hierarchy validation, Query Studio, and an analytical engine. Product in development.
Developed in partnership with a local startup, this working prototype explores AI-assisted screening and credit explanations within controlled financial workflows. Uses synthetic data. The agent can freeze a case for review, but cannot approve, release, or unfreeze it; those boundaries are enforced in code.
A phone-first web application connecting sales, purchases, inventory, payments, and product costing for a small orchid business. Designed around the owners’ daily work; currently an owner-testing pilot using demonstration data.
At AIG, I led global planning implementation and operations for approximately 2,000 finance users, managing teams of more than 40 people. At Apple, I coordinated Services Finance projects with engineering and participated in Apple Pay Later integration work.
