Grupo+Tres’s Odoo portal connects purchasing, fulfillment, and invoicing. Launched September 15, 2026: 1,032 orders in the first week, and nearly 2,000 a month later.

Employee-level cost engines deployed across three organizations, with personnel costs reconciled to planning-model ledger totals.

Experience across scales

Before Lab of Possibilities, I coordinated 120+ projects a year in Apple’s finance team for its Services business (App Store, Apple Music, iCloud), and led AIG’s global planning platform on SAP BPC. Now that experience works hands-on for smaller businesses.

I started in finance, as FP&A country lead at Zurich, and ended up leading its SAP team: that’s where I moved from using the systems to building them. Then came global planning platforms at AIG, and at Apple my horizon opened. Industrial engineering is about optimizing processes, and AI is a new way to do exactly that. That is what I bring: more than 20 years of experience, combined with new technology, to improve how a business works.
